Activated Carbon Systems

OCF Series

Amtrad Environmental’s range of deep bed Odour Control Filters (OCF’s) containing activated carbon achieve efficient odour control. The units are designed to handle air flows from as low as 100 m³/h up to 35,000 m³/h; where higher flows are required multiple units can be arranged in parallel.

The OCF system consists of an adsorber containing a single bed or double bed of activated carbon. As the air passes through the carbon bed the contaminants are removed and clean, odour free air exits the unit via the chimney(s).

The system is supplied complete with activated carbon, fan and motor set(s), and interconnecting ductwork between the fan and the adsorber. Also supplied is the regeneration piping, including the overflow and drain connection and instrumentation.

Lo-Flow Series

Our smallest engineered system, the Lo-Flow series, is entirely fabricated in UV resistant thermoplastic materials and provides an extremely cost effective treatment for collection systems.

The Lo-Flow series combines conventional adsorber design on a skid mounted package complete with fan and accessories and is available in six models treating from 100m³/h up to 4,000m³/h.
